Returns & Exchange Policy
Holiday Return Policy
Our 30-day return policy for purchases made between November 25th and December 15th, 2025, is extended to January 15th, 2026. Anything purchased outside of these dates is subject to our standard 30-day return policy. If your purchase contained a “Free Gift” item, the gift must also be returned with your items, or the cost of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Standard Return Policy
US Residents:
Automic Gold offers free returns within 30 days of the delivery date for customers who reside in the U.S. You will be provided with one prepaid shipping label per order. For additional returns and exchanges, shipping fees may apply. All returns should be sent back in the original box or any padded packaging to avoid damage during transit. To avoid a restocking fee, please mail your items within 14 days. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Signs of wear and tear, damage, or items returned in an unhygienic state may also incur a restocking fee.
International Customers:
We offer returns within 30 days of the delivery date; however, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All returns should be sent back in the original box or any padded packaging to avoid damage during transit. To avoid a restocking fee, please mail your items within 14 days. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Signs of wear and tear, damage, or items returned in an unhygienic state may also incur a restocking fee.
Items Ineligible For Return
Not all items are eligible for return or refund. The following Items are excluded from the return policy and are deemed Final Sale:
Gift Cards
Engraved items
Custom items
Modified Items
Pierced Jewelry marked “final sale.”
However, if you are not satisfied with your final sale item, we may be able to work with you on making changes to your piece by resizing or modifying it for an additional fee, or we can purchase the item back from you at a reduced rate for recycling.
Refunds
Refunds for the costs of the items (excluding shopping costs and route package protection) will be issued to the original payment method provided within 3 to 5 business days of processing. If, for any reason, a refund cannot be sent to your original form of payment, or if your item is returned in worn or unhygienic condition, a store credit will be issued.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for non-final sale items within 30 days of the delivery date. The first exchange is free within the US. You will be provided with a prepaid return label. Shipping fees will apply for additional exchanges. For international exchanges, shipping fees will apply depending on the region.
Repairs
In accordance with our Limited Lifetime Warranty, an item should not break within 30 days unless there is extensive wear and tear, or in the rare event of a manufacturing defect. If so, we will provide a return label and repair the item for free.
After 30 days, any item (even non-Automic Gold pieces) can be returned for a repair for a fee; you must cover the cost of shipping it to us and securely package the item. Insurance is recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Diamond Certificate Return
If your returned item came with a diamond certificate, then your certificate must be returned along with the item.
Returning Non-Automic Gold Items
We do not accept returns of any item other than Automic Gold unless it's for repair or recycle. We are not responsible if the item is lost in transit. If you mistakenly sent us an item we do not sell, you must pay the shipping return fee.
