For pierced: Grab each side near the opening and gently twist one side towards you and the other away from you to ensure the septum keeps its shape.

For non-pierced: Gently pull apart or squeeze the septum to adjust until it fits your nose tightly without hurting.

Care Instructions

Diamonds, Sapphires, Rubies, and Moissanites are strong enough to withstand almost everything. Other gemstone jewelry should be removed before cleaning or doing any hard labor. To keep your gemstones shining and beautiful, clean them with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. It is natural for the metal to show signs of scratches over time with wear, to help prevent this it's best to remove any jewelry when working out or doing any hard labor. The color of some gemstones may fade with extensive UV exposure or when exposed to extreme heat. Check out our Care Guide for more information.

I'm in Love

I'm in love with the gemstone septum. It makes me feel powerful and more grounded, for some reason. It's very well made, and I've gotten my face in some pretty wiry towels but the gemstone septum stays in my nose!

Superb craftsmanship, and a very beautiful investment in myself.
