This December birthstone earring is made with solid gold so you can wear it everywhere, even while you sleep. Our flat backs are crafted only in 14k yellow gold to avoid sensitivity.

Stone Care

Beautiful and delicate stones like turquoise need to be handled with a little extra care. Turquoise is porous and soft and can be scratched and damaged easily so remove them before working out, showering, or doing household chores. High heat and chemicals like perfume, lotions and makeup can damage the stones so they should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Exposure to direct sunlight for long periods of time can discolor and dehydrate the stone. To clean your turquoise use warm, mild soapy water and a soft cloth.
