To clean your jewelry, gently scrub with a soft brush, adding a little warm water and mild soap; wipe with a soft lint-free cloth to restore its bright shine. For tough messes, you can soak your jewelry overnight in a cup of soapy water.

To put on: The tube goes into the piercing from behind, then you insert the stud into the tube. Hold flat back, twist and push stud into the tube

To remove: Hold flat back, twist and pull stud from the tube
