Our gemstone nose screw is made with sparkling stones and recycled 14k solid gold for a sustainable body jewelry piece that also has incredible style. This dainty nose stud has a martini setting, which allows the stone to sit as low on the nose piercing as possible so it's comfortable to wear everywhere.

Care Instructions

Diamonds, Sapphires, Rubies, and Moissanites are strong enough to withstand almost everything. Other gemstone jewelry should be removed before cleaning or doing any hard labor. To keep your gemstones shining and beautiful, clean them with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. It is natural for the metal to show signs of scratches over time with wear, to help prevent this it's best to remove any jewelry when working out or doing any hard labor. The color of some gemstones may fade with extensive UV exposure or when exposed to extreme heat. Check out our Care Guide for more information.

So cute! Easy to adjust

My previous nose ring was the exact one that I had my nose pierced with, but it fell out and washed down the drain. I kept looking for something that was similarly great quality, and I was having such a hard time.

I think I saw the ad for this recommended in an article and I was so hopeful.

It’s gorgeous. So delicate and small, and the packaging it comes in is so thoughtful. I needed to adjust the width of the bottom part of the screw, but that was so easy to do.

I’ll happily buy a bunch more but right now I am loving my Alexandrite with a purple/blue flip.
