Our gold septum ring is 1mm thick and is between a 16 and 18 gauge so it will work for both sizes. Comes in 8mm or 10mm inner diameter.
For pierced: Grab each side near the opening and gently twist one side towards you and the other away from you to ensure the septum keeps its shape.
For non-pierced: Gently pull apart or squeeze the septum to adjust until it fits your nose tightly without hurting.
